Despite being rested for the inconsequential match, Kohli played the role of the ‘water boy’ for the Indian cricket team, leaving fans amused.

A Unique 'Water Boy' Run

As Anamul Haque was dismissed, Kohli rushed onto the field carrying water for his teammates. However, it was his distinctive running style that had fans in splits. Mohammed Shami and Shardul Thakur had already provided India with a sensational start by claiming early breakthroughs.

India's Team Changes and Lineup

Rohit Sharma, the captain, won the toss and chose to bowl against Bangladesh. India made several changes to their playing XI, with Kohli, Hardik Pandya, Mohammed Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah, and Kuldeep Yadav being rested.
