With an impressive display totaling 723 rating points, Deepti surpassed South Africa’s Nonkululeko Mlaba (722) in the latest rankings. Her consistent performance, marked by figures of 2/24 and 2/22 against Australia, alongside a score of 30 runs, propelled her all-rounder rating to 381—only 17 points behind Ashleigh Gardner (398) in third place.

The rankings also witnessed notable advancements from other players. Georgia Wareham surged 15 places to 28th (571) after claiming three wickets across two matches, while Titas Sadhu, matching Deepti’s four-wicket haul in the series, jumped 50 spots to 92nd (358).

In the batting rankings, Australia’s new permanent captain, Alyssa Healy, re-entered the top 10, surpassing Gardner with a rating of 636. Smriti Mandhana maintained her fourth position, contributing 77 runs across two innings. Ellyse Perry’s impressive performance in the middle order propelled her two spots up to 19th (590).

Phoebe Litchfield, nominated for the ICC Emerging Women’s Cricketer of the Year, notably climbed 26 places to 52nd (440) in the batting rankings after scores of 49 (32) and 18* (12) in the T20Is.

The recent update, considering the final ODI between the teams, resulted in minor shifts across disciplines. Megan Schutt’s 2/23 in six overs elevated her to the second position in the bowling rankings (672), trailing Sophie Ecclestone, who maintained the top spot with a rating of 746.

Wareham’s 3/23 (6.4) propelled her six places to 12th (565) among bowlers, while Litchfield’s century led to a nine-spot rise to 23rd in batting rankings. Shreyanka Patil also climbed 66 places after her three-wicket haul, securing the 62nd position with 309 rating points.
