Hashim Amla retired from international cricket in August 2019. This time, the star batsman of South Africa has said goodbye to all types of cricket.
Amla was one of the best batsmen in the history of South Africa. In a career spanning over two decades, he scored 34,104 runs in Tests, ODIs, and T20Is.
And in ODIs, he scored 8,113 runs in 181 matches with the help of 27 centuries. He scored 1,277 runs in 44 T20 matches.
Hashim Amla started his coaching career before retiring completely from cricket. He is the batting coach of MI Cape Town in the ongoing SA20 in South Africa.
