Shakib Al Hasan arrived in Dubai on Tuesday (March 14) amid various criticisms about Arav Jewellers. A day after that, on Wednesday night, Shakib inaugurated the jewelry shop along with Rabiul Islam alias Arav Khan, a fugitive accused in the murder case of a gold merchant and policeman in Bangladesh.
Then on Thursday (March 16), Barrister Suman published a video on his verified Facebook ID. There he expressed his anger by raising several allegations against Shakib. Barrister Suman said in the video, “Some time ago I requested Shakib not to be associated with gambling advertisements. If necessary, I wanted to pay three lakh rupees. But Shakib Al Hasan is the kind of person who cannot tolerate any criticism. In this regard, Suman also said, ‘I met Shakib in a hotel a few days ago. I didn’t see him at first. When he saw me, there were police, BCB officials, and some Americans, coming to beat them. The police said to me that there is no point in talking about a celebrity who has left, and I was also thinking that if a celebrity commits any crime, to whom will he be judged, I did not say anything.
About the opening of the gold shop, barrister Sumon said, “From the gambling advertisement to the opening in Dubai, I feel that if Vidwan is a bad person, then he should be abandoned.” No matter how experienced he is, if he is not good as a person, then he has no chance to be a fan. Addressing Shakib, Suman said, ‘Spend eight to ten hours a day behind cricket and spend one hour to be a good person along with being a good cricketer. I will demand to the government, fix him, make him human. Otherwise, he will continue to do such work.
